Who We Are
Dawn Bell Academy is a reputable customised learning center offering private proffessional home schooling, remediation, tutorial and supplementary educational services for primary and secondary students in Tlokweng, Gaborone and surrounding areas since 2013.
We offer full time learning and part time tutorial services. Tutorials are predominantly offered to students looking to re-sit for final exams or supplement.
We are well known for individualised/ specialized learning which helps our students get help and progress at their pace.
We have six campuses. The Secondary campuses offer full IGCSE while the Primary campuses offer PSLE.
Tutorial services for part time students are offered at our centres in the afternoons from 15:00 until 6:30pm. This service is open for all grades and programs (PSLE, JCE, BGCSE and IGCSE).
We offer both part time and full time services for middle grades, as well as those in preparation for exams offered by Botswana Examination Council exams.
Dawn Bell is well known as "The Student's Home" This is to say, we do not go to people's homes to offer services, rather, we have created a home for students.
Dawn Bell Academy is different from the normal conventional schools in terms of the set up and teaching methods. It accommodates learners who learn better in a less crowded environment. It's a school that is a home. In terms of syllabus content and delivery the Academy is one of the best.
Our Background
The idea of Dawn Bell started in 2013, with homeschooling private candidates and offering extra lessons for part time students. Our prime full time customers were foreigners but with the undeniable results, Batswana started embracing our concept.
The CEO profile
Miss Ndiko Muzila is an accredited Trainer and Educator by BQA (BOTSWANA QUALIFICATIONS AUTHORITY) who graduated from the University of Botswana with a Bachelor's Degree and a PGDE. She also holds a Masters in Education from UNICAF UNIVERSITY. She is the author of 44 books. She has over 10 years of experience in teaching and once won two awards as Best Teacher in School and Best Quality producer at Phillip Moshotle in 2012.
Ms Muzila is Mandela Washington Alumni (2017) and was based at the University of New Mexico U.S A. where she learnt more on Education and entreprenuership.
Miss Muzila is also Founder of New Dawn Publishers, Voice of the Voiceless NGO and Ndiko Prospects Property and investments. She is a Motivational speaker of note.
